In this module, user will know about stock take.
1. Select Inventory and select Stock Take.
2. User need to generate stock take at the backend first. If not, the system will have no record.
3. To generate stock stake, click on Inventory and select Stock Take.
4. Click on New.
5. Enter the details and click Save.
6. After done creating a new stock take, the system will display out.
7. If the system did not display, click on refresh.
8. Click on the stock take, user can enter the item code to search for item. User can also scan the barcode of the item.
9. User can enter the amount to Add Qty or Deduct Qty.
10. After adding, the status of scanned item will increase.
11. User can also check their stock take item by clicking View at the backend.
12. The item that was added will appear. Click on Complete to end stock take.
13. The list of stock take will also end in the app.
14. User can generate the report by clicking on the Discrepancy Report at the backend.
15. User can choose the Report Type and Item Group to view the report. After selecting, click on View.
