In this module, user will know about claim.

1. Click on Claim.

2. User require to turn on the camera and scan the receipt.

3. After scanning, user can choose the claim type. The total amount of the receipt will appear below the claim type.

4. After selecting, click on Save.

5. After save, click on Next.

6. Click on Submit to submit the claim.

7. User can check their claim status after submitting. Click on the claim icon at the bottom.

8. All the claim that are submitted will appear. User can click their claim to see the details.

9. If the user cannot approve the claim by him/herself, the status of the claim will be pending and need to wait for approval. To set approval on web :

Data > User Group Maintenance > User Group Listing > Approve


Exp: If you are under other group, you must set the approver from other group.

10. On the approval side, Click on Approve to approve the claim or Reject.

11. 10. The status of the claim will change to Approved.
