Introduction 

What is BBS?

BBS is a simple yet powerful invoicing system suitably catered for small business. It is capable of generating professional quotations, invoices delivery notes which support conversion to PDF format either to suit your mailing or printing purposes. 


BBS is also capable of helping you track customer payment status in which will help you ensure timely payment receiving. To address the many tax calculation issue, the system is built to support multiple tax rates. 


To answer the needs of reporting, BBS comes with reporting features which allow you to easily render up-to-date company revenue reports either from a summarized level or a detailed level. 

How BBS Work? 

Process of BBS can be divided into two phases, replenish stock and sales.


The added features would be inventory management, searching documents for management, and report generator. 


In replenish stock, company order and receive stock of goods from suppliers to maintain quantity of goods available in warehouse. The purpose of replenish stock is to make sure company have enough stock of goods to sell to
the customer. There will shows a simple flow chart of replenish stocks on your right:

In sales, seller manage all the progress from issue quotation, issue invoice, and send receipt when delivering goods.

This user manual will provide instruction on how to: 

  • Generate user data, item data and etc. (Chapter 4) 
  • Generate quotation, invoice, and receipt. (Chapter 5) 
  • Generate po, payment voucher and etc. (Chapter 6) 
  • Inventory management. (Chapter 7) 
  • Account management. (Chapter 8)
  • Generate reports. (Chapter 9) 
  • Tools setting. (Chapter 10)
