Getting Started with BBS POS Tablet (Android Application)

1) The user must click Allow to allow the BBS POS Android application to access media and photos on the user’s device.

1.0 Sign Up

1) Users can find the server URL and machine ID from the BBS website to log in to the BBS POS Android application.

2) The user has to enter the Server URL, Machine ID, and Key to register for the BBS POS Android application.

3) To obtain a key, please get in touch with the seller directly.

4) The user has to select DEVICE TYPE for the BBS POS Android application.
5) Users must click REGISTER to register successfully.
6) If the user has multiple branches, the user must select a branch.

2.0 Login

1) After the user registers in the BBS POS android application, they can see the login screen.

2) On the login screen, the user must enter their card ID.

3) Use the keypad to enter the four-digit CARD ID.
4) RESTORE button to restore data.
5) The SETTING button allows editing login settings.

6) The BBS POS android application downloads data after the user enters a valid card ID.

2.1 Restore

1) Users can click the RESTORE button to restore data.

2) Users must contact the BBS POS android application seller to get support login.

3) The user must click DONE to submit.

2.2 Setting
1) Users can click the SETTING button to change login settings.

2) Users can change login type, mode, slide 2nd screen, and allow QR order, language, URL, and station.

3) Click the OK button to save the change.
4) Click the CANCEL button to close.

2.2.1 Login Type

1) The user must click the Login Type button to see the option list.

2) Click the NORMAL or SWIPE button to make a change.
3) Click the OK button to save the change.
4) Click the CANCEL button to close.

Normal

1) This screen appears after the user changes the login type to normal.

1) This screen appears after the user changes the login type to swipe.

2.3 Mode

1) The user must click the Mode button to see the list of options.
2) Click the Light Mode or Dark Mode button to make a change.
3) Click the OK button to save the change.
4) Click the CANCEL button to close.

1) This screen appears after the user changes the mode to light mode.

2.4 Slide 2nd Screen

1) The user must click the Slide 2nd Screen button to see the option list.
2) Click the YES or NO button to make a change.
3) Click the OK button to save the change.
4) Click the CANCEL button to close.

2.5 Allow QR Order

1) Users must click the Allow QR Order button to see the option list.
2) Click the YES or NO button to make a change.
3) Click the OK button to save the change.

2.6 Language

1) The user must click the Language button to see the list of options.
2) Click the English or 中文 button to change.
3) Click the OK button to save the change.

2.7 URL

1) The connection URL is fixed and cannot be entered or modified by the user.

2.8 Station

1) Users can change the station to Single, Server, Client or Kitchen Display.

2.8.1 Single

1) The single station is independent. The user can only use one tablet device.

2) The user must click the Station button to see the list of options.
3) Click the Single icon to change to a single station (Figure 19).
4) Click the OK button to save the change.

5) Click the CANCEL button to close.

2.8.2 Server

1) The server station works as a centralized system between clients.

2) The user must click the Station button to see the list of options.
3) Click the Server icon to change to a server station (Figure 19).

4) My IP is the server IP address.

5) Click the OK button to save the change.
6) Click the CANCEL button to close.

2.8.3 Client

1) The client needs to connect to the server station.

2) The user must click the Station button to see the list of options.
3) Click the Client icon to change to a client station (Figure 19).

4) The server IP is the server IP address (Figure 21).

5) Click the OK button to save the change.

6) Click the CANCEL button to close.

2.8.4 Kitchen Display

1) The user must click the Station button to see the list of options.
2) Click on the Kitchen Display icon to change to the kitchen display station (Figure 19).
3) Enter the Server IP.
4) Click the OK button to save the change.
5) Click the CANCEL button to close.
