1) The user can connect to the kitchen display to be aware with the orders.

2) Click on the SETTING button in the login page (Chapter 1 - Figure 7).

3) Change the station to KITCHEN DISPLAY server and enter the SERVER IP (Chapter 1 - Figure 166).

4) Click the OK button to save the changes.

5) The user needs to change the ticket type to KITCHEN DISPLAY to show the order in SERVER station.

6) The user can choose which kitchen display type they prefer.

1.0 Kitchen Display Screen

1) After login, the user can see the floor plan.
2) The orders received will be displayed on the blank page
3) There are LOGOUT and PREPAIRING buttons at the bottom of the layout.

4) The date is shown beside the PREPARING button.

5) The CATEGORY button allows the user to choose which should be displayed.

2.0 Display Screen for Order

1) There are three buttons beside the LOGOUT button, which are PREPARING, COMPLETED and CANCELED after clicking on the preparing button.

2.1 Preparing

1) After the order is key in and the TICKET button is pressed (Chapter 4 - Figure 184), the system will automatically generate the order and display on the screen.
2) Different colour of the ticket brings different meaning.GREEN – less than 5 minutesYELLOW – in between 5 to 10 minutesORANGE –in between 10 to 15 minutesRED –more than 15 minutes

3) After the order are done, click on the COMPLETE button to complete the order.

2.1.1 Priority

1) The user can choose to make which order first by clicking the PRIORITY button through SERVER station.
2) Click the MORE button (Chapter 3 - Figure 41).

3) Click the Setting button (Chapter 3 - Figure 65).

4) Once the PRIORITY button is clicked, the order will display red and will be done at the first place.

2.2 Completed

1) The user can check the order after clicking on the PREPARING button (Figure 202) and click the COMPLETED button.
2) The user can slide over to see more orders.

3) The orders that are completed will be displayed.

2.2.1 Search Item

1) The user can search the item through the search item bar (Figure 206).
2) The user requires to enter the keyword and press the magnifier at the right side to search.

3) The screen will display all the items in the order that suits the keyword.

2.2.2 Search Table Number

1) The user can search the order by using table number (Figure 207).
2) The user requires to enter the keyword and press the magnifier at the right side to search.

3) The screen will display all the items in the order that suits the keyword.

2.2.3 Date

1) The user can search the order by using date (Figure 208).
2) The user requires to choose the specific date or date between date and press the magnifier at the right side to search.

3) The screen will display all the items in the order that suits the keyword.

2.3 Canceled

1) If the order had already been placed and sent to the kitchen, the user still available to cancel their order.
2) The user can check the order after clicking on the PREPARING button (Figure 202) and click the CANCELED button.
3) All the canceled order will be display.
4) The user can search the item through the search item bar (Figure 206).
5) The user can search the order by using table number (Figure 207).

6) The user can search the order by using date (Figure 209 and Figure 210).

3.0 Display Screen for Item

1) There are three buttons beside the LOGOUT button, which are PREPARING, COMPLETED and CANCELED after clicking on the preparing button (Figure 202).

3.1 Preparing

1) After the order is key in and the TICKET button is pressed (Figure 184), the system will automatically generate the order and display on the screen.
2) Different colour of the ticket brings different meaning.GREEN – Not urgentYELLOW – Half urgent (change to yellow after 5 minutes)ORANGE – Almost urgent (change to orange after 10 minutes)RED – Urgent (change to red after 15 minutes)

3) After the order are done, click on the COMPLETE button that positioned at the right side to complete the order.

4) Click YES to complete the order and NO to return.

3.1.1 Priority

1) The user can check the order after clicking on the PREPARING button (Figure 202) and click the COMPLETED button.

2) The user can scroll down to see more orders.

3) The orders that are completed will be displayed.

1) The user can search the item through the search item bar (Figure 215).
2) The user requires to enter the keyword and press the magnifier at the right side to search.

3) The screen will display all the items in the order that suits the keyword.

3.3 Canceled

1) If the order had already been placed and sent to the kitchen, the user still available to cancel their order.
2) The user can check the order after clicking on the PREPARING button (Figure 202) and click the CANCELED button.
3) The user can search the item through the search item bar (Figure 216).
4) The user can search the order by using table number (Figure 217).
5) The user can search the order by using date (Figure 218).

6) The user can search item by category (Figure 219).
