What is Customer Maintenance?

Customer maintenance is the screen where user can manage the customer profile can Add, Edit, Delete for each particular record.

New Customer

1. Click on New Customer.


Data > Customer Maintenance > New Customer

2. Fill in customer details such as Name, Title, NRIC and etc. The info with asterisk (*) must be filled. Click Save on top when you are done.

3. Customer details has been saved.

Customer List

1. Click on Customer List.


Data > Customer Maintenance > Customer List


Customer that created will be showed in this listing.

2. User may click on View to check or edit customer details.


Note: User can click on New button on top in order to create a new customer. Otherwise, user has to go to Data and select New Customer.

3. When you view on customer profile, there are 3 buttons on top which included New, Delete and Edit.


    a. User can click on New button to create a new customer directly.


    b. Besides, user will need to click on Edit so that the user can make any 

        changes in the details.


    c. Also, you may click on Delete in order to delete the current customer 

        profile.

4. In customer details, you may add shipping address on customer. Moreover, you may view the sales order history, invoice history and quotation history that have been made.
