What is User Maintenance?

In this module, user was allowed to add a new user and key in their details in order to get the permission of the system usage. Also, user will able to view or edit the info if there are any changes. 

New User

How to add a new user?

1. Click on New User.

Data > User Maintenance > New User

2. Enter the user details. The user info within asterisk (*) must be filled in such as
Login ID, Name, Group, Password and Confirm Password. In group selection, you may go to User Group Maintenance to create a new group. Also, Password and Confirm Password must be matched. The other details without asterisk (*) can fill in afterwards. Once completed, you may click on the Save button on top

How to edit user details?

1. Click on User Maintenance.

Data > User Maintenance > User Maintenance

2. Click on View.

3. Click on Edit.

4. Make changes on user details and click Update.

5. Record updated.

Record is Saved.

6. You may search the info by using the search bar.

7. There are another 3 parts when you click on View such as User Log, Android POS Access and Outlet Assign.


    a. User Log


    User may add a log description with selection date.


    1. Click on Add.

    2. After that, you may fill in the details and click Save.

    3. You could still update the log by pressing View or you can delete it by      

        clicking Delete.

    b. Android POS Access    In these selections, you can give the user an access due to the Android     

    POS. The user will able to use the setting when they are using Android 

    POS.


    Click Save to record.

c. Outlet Assign


    You may access the permission to the user to assign the outlet in order to 

    check the details such as sales, invoice and etc.


    Click on Assign or Unassign to make any changes.

How to delete a User ID?

1. Select the ID you want to delete in the checkbox.

2. Click on Delete.
