What is User Group Maintenance?

In this module, user was allowed to create a group info which giving the identity to the user with the permission of some features in the system. E.g. Administrator, Manager, Supervisor, Employee and etc.

New User Group

How to add a new user group?

1. Click on New User Group.

Data > User Group Maintenance > New User Group

2. Enter the details and click Save on top.

3. Apart from that, you may go to the Dashboard Access to do the setting. E.g. Dashboard Access, Activity Log, Top View and etc. The user who assigned into this group will not able to use the features if the setting is Disable or set as No.

How to edit user group?

1. Click on User Group Listing.

Data > User Group Maintenance > User Group Listing

2. Click on View.

3. Click on Edit.

4. Make changes on group details and click Update.

5. Record updated.

Record is Saved

6. You may search the info by using search bar.

How to delete a group in group listing?

1. Select the group you want to delete in the checkbox.

2. Click on Delete.

4. Record deleted.
