What is Interface Overview?

An "Interface Overview" provides a summary of the design, layout, and functionality of a user interface (UI). It gives an at-a-glance understanding of how users interact with a software application, website, or system. 

After logging in BBS, you will see the overview screen.

a) Dashboard 

    Dashboard is a page on which real time information is collated from various 

    sources in the business. The metaphor of dashboard is adopted here to 

    emphasize the nature of the data being displayed on the page; it is a real-

    time analysis as to how a business is operating.

b) Data

    User maintenance can be used to manage the users and their privileges,

    such as giving authority to view and perform actions that met their position.

c) Sales

    Sales generate usable trading documents such as quotation, invoice, receipt

    and etc.

d) Purchase 

    Purchase assist buyer to a seller indicating types, quantities and agreed       

    prices for products or services.

e) Inventory 

    Inventory assist store keepers manage company’s stock of goods. Inventory      management. 

f) Account 

    In this module, user able to review and modify documents such as invoice,        quotation, receipt and etc.

g) Report 

    In this module, user able to generate report for audit purpose.

h) Tool 

    In this module, administrator able to change default document setting and 

    manage entire database.
