What is Item Group Maintenance?
In this module, user was able to create new item group, brand and model.
Group Maintenance in Item Group Maintenance
2. Click on New.
Create New Item Group
3. Enter the details and click Save.
Save Item Group
4. Record saved.
Record is Saved
How to edit item group?
1. You can search the group name you want in the search bar.

How to delete an item group?
1. Select the item group you wanted to delete.

2. Click on Delete and record is deleted.
Brand Maintenance

2. Click on New.
Create New Item Brand
3. Select the group you created and enter the detail in the brand section. Once completed, just click Save.

4. Record saved.
Record is Saved
5. You may refer back to “How to edit item group?” and “How to delete an item group?” in order to edit and delete item brand.
*Note: When the items are assigned to the item group, you are not able to delete the assigned items.
Model Maintenance
1. Click on Model Maintenance.
Data > Item Group Maintenance > Model Maintenance

2. Click on New.
Create New Item Model
3. Enter the details and click Save.
Save New Item Model
4. Record saved.
Record is Saved
5. You may refer back to “How to edit item group?” and “How to delete an item group?” in order to edit and delete item model.
*Note: When the items are assigned to the item group, you are not able to delete the assigned items.
