What is E-Invoice?

An E-Invoice (electronic invoice) is a digital version of a traditional paper invoice. It is used to request payment for goods or services and is sent electronically rather than via physical mail. E-Invoicing streamlines the invoicing process, enhances accuracy, and improves efficiency for both businesses and their clients.

In this module, will show user how to use e-invoice. Also, user will able to view or edit the info if there are any changes.

E-Invoice Setting

How to enable e-invoice?


1. Click on E-Invoice Setting.


Data > Tool > E-Invoice Setting

2. Enter the E-invoice Setting, need select enable. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret that get from LDHM.

(Note: If you using intermediary, Client ID and secret will be your intermediary party)

Company Profile

How to enter the Company TIN Number?


1. Click on Company Profile.


Data > Company Maintenance > Company Profile

2. Click on Edit.

3. Key in the New Registration No, TIN Number, Industry MSIC and click Update.

4. Make changes on user details and click Update.

Customer Profile

How to enter the Customer TIN Number?


1. Click on Customer List.


Data > Customer Maintenance > Customer List

2. Click on View.

3. Click on Edit.

4. Select the E-Invoice Validation Type and enter the TIN Number.

5. Make changes on customer details and click Update.
